What is the Quantum Factor?
In Quantum Physics experiments, scientists have found that Quantum particles, or subatomic elements of energy do not behave predictably.
They are so small, that when we try to observe them, the action of observing them changes them, in effect changing reality. The changes in these particles change those around them, sometimes causing them to disappear and reappear in a different place.
This explains in part how our thoughts, which are energy, can change matter around them, in effect creating a new reality in line with our thoughts.
How do my everyday thoughts and words affect my future?
“As a man thinketh, so is he” is a quotation from the Bible. If we think or say we are going to fail, or that we will have bad outcomes, then that is generally what happens – a self-fulfilling prophesy.
Conversely, if we can train ourselves by the use of self-talk, affirmations etc., to hold positive and uplifting thoughts in our mind, and to only allow ourselves to speak good into our lives, in a very short time we can change our reality in line with these positive thoughts.
How does my subconscious mind work?
Your subconscious mind is like the processor of a computer. It works on input from your conscious mind and senses, and controls all your natural functions. The subconscious mind cannot tell the difference between reality and imagination, so whatever is input is its own reality. It works constantly in the background, to bring into your life the things you focus on the most.
How can I change what I think?
As with a computer, you change a program by replacing it with another. It is not possible to just get rid of bad habits, you need to replace them with good ones.
Reduce the negative input into your life and increase the positive. Avoid negative and angry people, seek out friends who encourage and uplift you.
To reprogram the mind effectively, use techniques such as affirmations, meditation, visualization and hypnosis.
How does Hypnosis work?
There has been a lot of mysticism about hypnosis, but in fact it is a normal everyday occurrence. Hypnosis merely causes you to enter the state of mind when your brain is in a relaxed, suggestible state. Everyone at some time or other daydreams, and in these daydreams, our imagination creates very real situations and sensations.
We are in a hypnotic state often when we are driving, watching television or reading a good novel. We ‘lose’ ourselves in them, and do not notice the outside world. When we are in this state, our imagination is heightened, and able to be reprogrammed.
For instance these CDs use several methods to encourage your mind into a relaxed state, so that your conscious mind can be by-passed, and your subconscious mind can be reprogrammed with the knowledge that you desire.
Why do you use several methods for relaxation?
The quantum factor life enhancement series uses four techniques to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of the course –
Visualization, which is strongly imagining the situation or sequence of events you want to happen. You need to plan through in your mind, not only the desired outcome, but the steps needed to achieve it.
Meditation is used to calm the mind, enabling it to achieve a receptive state.
Hypnosis and affirmations help to reprogram your mind easily and quickly. Affirmations are repeated positive and uplifting statements which are accepted into your subconscious easily and naturally, replacing negative self-talk.
What are Alpha and Theta rhythms?
These describe specific rhythms or beats, which affect our brain in certain ways.
Alpha is 7 to 13 pulses per second. and induces a state of physical and mental relaxation, whilst retaining awareness of our surroundings.
Theta is around 4 to 7 pulses, and causes our brain to feel sleepy, but not a deep sleep, just very relaxed.
These rhythms are used in the background throughout the sessions in the CD, and help you to relax, and enable the subconscious to absorb the life enhancing words you will hear.
How often should I use these recordings?
For best results, initially listen to the recordings morning and night, for seven days, then each night for a minimum of thirty days, which is the minimum time required to reprogram the mind.
Thereafter, whenever you feel the need. Of course, you can listen to them as often as you wish or have time for, as they will always provide uplifting and positive effects. They also can help you to have a good night’s sleep when used last thing at night.
